Shipping OverviewWe offer shipping of online purchases to U.S. addresses only at this time. For orders shipping to a location outside of the U.S., please email email@example.com.
Shipping CostsCOOLA offers FREE standard US Ground Shipping on orders of $50 and over (excluding taxes). No promotion/coupon code is required to receive free shipping on purchases of $50 or more.
Order TrackingWhen you place an order with COOLA, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order please submit a case via “your account” online, or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the subject of your case or email.
Out-of-Stock Items & BackordersShould an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
Returns – COOLAIf you are not completely satisfied with your COOLA product, please email email@example.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch asap with a solution. You are responsible for return shipping charges. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return was a result of our error.
