  • Nature has given us wonderful ingredients and we’re committed to using natural sunscreens and botanicals. 
  • We support sustainable farming and it makes us feel great to use ingredients that are organic and locally sourced. 
  • The following additives are definitely passé and will never be found in our products: Paba, Paraben, Petroleum and Phthalate.
  • We love animals as much as you do and never test our products on them. 
  • Our products are made in small batches in Southern California, allowing us to use the best, freshest ingredients possible and update our formulas often.
  •  We’re proud to say we source and produce almost everything in the USA. 

smart packaging

  • All of our packaging is recyclable and our production process is always streamlined for minimal waste.
  • Just about all of our products are TSA size-approved; they’re also environmentally sound, recyclable and made by Xela Pack, an eco-friendly vendor that deserves a round of applause. 
  • We’re pretty picky and only select vendors with world class manufacturing processes and the finest product quality.
  • Our paper shipping boxes are FSC Certified and made using wind power.
  • We are continually making improvements –this year our tubes use 30% less plastic than last year. And that deserves a high five!

  • We say why not reuse boxes and other packaging materials whenever we can?
  • Our office supplies are as green as possible and we use no virgin papers.
  • We always use non-toxic inks for everything we print.
  • We brighten our world with solar tube lighting and use energy efficient equipment in our offices.
  • We purchase clean energy credits to offset our energy use.
  • Our website is hosted using solar power and our manufacturing facility will soon be solar powered too.
